Fixes #986.
url goes to the post type’s URL field (bookmark-of, in-reply-to, like-of or repost-of), or to its content when the type has none; name only where the type has a name field. Anything already in the form wins. README gains a section mirroring the share endpoint’s.
Three integration tests, seen failing first.
This is one of the last six changes ported from my fork; nothing here needs to hold a release.
