getPostData in packages/endpoint-syndicate/lib/utils.js:30-33 takes limit(1) and returns the oldest post awaiting syndication, so a deploy webhook or a scheduled request after a build syndicates one post per call. With several posts published between builds, the rest wait for as many further requests.
Reproduction: publish two posts with mp-syndicate-to, POST /syndicate once: the first is syndicated, the second still has its target.
